A BRIGHT START BY Ballinacourty in Knockanore on Sunday afternoon and a second half goal by Eoin Ahern went a long way to edging local rivals Dungarvan out of a quarter final spot in the Western IFC and sending them into a relegation battle with Shamrocks in two weeks time.
‘Courty led by 0-9 to 1-4 at half time and increased their advantage after the break before Dungarvan fought back to leave just 0-1 the difference at the final whistle.
