The club has registered for “Ireland Lights up” walking initiative in partnership operation Transformation.
Our proposed days are Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm starting on the 20th Jan.
We will be meeting at the astroturf, once around is 2.5km, 2 loops 5km maybe building up to 10km 4 loops but that is your choice!
Brian and Yvonne Dillon from Nutrilicious are kindly sponsoring a cup of soup for everyone after finishing your walk outside in the car park which could make this a nice event twice a week to catch up and get fit!
We would hope that all the club and community will get involved. Maybe encouraging new members along the way. Please pass this onto your friend’s non-members welcome.
